will allow us an exclusive preview of Muskegon's newest establishment. He will
also present the intricacies of purchasing product for the food industry.
Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan is a learning environment of

Non members will be responsible for paying for their own lunch. The meal is included in membership fee for
members.
Members and guest are invited to attend. Persons in the Procurement / Supply
Management fields are encouraged to participate. This includes anyone with
administrative duties related to buying, stockroom personnel, inventory
management etc.
