  • Topic: Purchasing for the Food Industry

    Bart Curry, Purchasing Manager, will allow us an exclusive preview of Muskegon's newest establishment. He will also present the intricacies of purchasing product for the food industry.

    Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan is a learning environment of world-class caliber, where students who are passionate about the culinary arts can learn both the art and the business of the food service industry.

    Accredited by the American Culinary Federation, the curriculum combines personalized instruction and hands-on training with plenty of real-world experience.

    Lunch will be included.

    Non members will be responsible for paying for their own lunch. The meal is included in membership fee for members.
    Members and guest are invited to attend. Persons in the Procurement / Supply Management fields are encouraged to participate. This includes anyone with administrative duties related to buying, stockroom personnel, inventory management etc.
